Shipping Policies
Our products will only be shipped on business days.
Nationwide shipping, metropolitan area and Medellín.
Nationwide, the delivery time is between two (2) and seven (7) business days depending on the destination. For the city of Medellín and the metropolitan area, the delivery time is between three (3) and five (5) business days. Deliveries will not be made at a specific time and must be to a precise and secure address, such as a home or office.
The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure factors.
IQOVE We are committed to making the delivery to the address provided by the customer. In order to optimize the delivery, we suggest you provide an address where the order can be delivered during office hours.
IQOVE will not be held responsible for errors in delivery when the provided address does not match the actual address or some data has been omitted.
IQOVE We make deliveries within the city of Medellín and to the rest of the country through Coordinadora, TCC, or Servientrega. The product will be delivered within a timeframe that depends on the customer's location.
The delivery times mentioned here are estimates; however, actual delivery will take place no later than thirty (30) calendar days after order confirmation. They may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delivery delays, IQOVE will inform the customer of the situation.
Delivery is considered complete from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, as evidenced by the order tracking. Thus, once the consumer, or the person designated by them, has received the product, IQOVE will not be liable for the loss or destruction thereof.
In case of loss of the order, the shipping company will be required to take action. IQOVE will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment or a refund.
The customer must verify that the order is in good condition upon receipt; if any irregularity is identified in the delivery of the product, the customer must contact IQOVE to the following email address: hola.iqove@gmail.com and to report the situation within 48 hours of receiving it.
