EXCHANGE, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
If the consumer wishes to make a return, exchange, or complaint about the product's characteristics, they must process it through the website using the following procedure:
- The consumer must verify if the desired product is available in the desired size or color. Only exchanges for products of equal value to the initially purchased item will be allowed.
- To request a change or return, please send an email to: hola.iqove@gmail.com , specifying: buyer's name, identification document, product to be returned or exchanged, purchase date, and reason for the change.
- Then you must send the purchased product to the following address: Carrera 57 # 38 – 290, interior 1724, Bello Antioquia. The product must be addressed to IQOVE. and with the sender's name, where the condition of the product will be validated; it must arrive with labels and tags, clean, unused, and in perfect condition. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, the consumer will be informed via email or WhatsApp of the reason why we will not make the exchange, and the product will be sent back to the original delivery address.
- A product can be exchanged up to thirty (30) calendar days after the purchase was made (billing date or equivalent).
- The product must be properly packaged.
- The costs associated with the return, including the price of round-trip transport, will not be reimbursed, unless a specific promotion has been applied that indicates otherwise and for which supporting documentation must be provided.
- Promotional products cannot be exchanged, except for warranty or quality issues, and are not eligible for a refund.
- Underwear, stockings, accessories and costume jewelry are not returnable.
WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty period is thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the consumer receives the product. The product will be reviewed by the quality department and a response will be given within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days. If the garment is repairable, it will be repaired; otherwise, it will be exchanged. If the fault recurs, the consumer may choose to have the product exchanged.
GUARANTEES
To request a change, warranty, report a delay or error with the order, the customer must contact IQOVE through any of our channels so that we can provide you with advice.
For a warranty exchange to be valid, the product must have defects in quality or suitability (manufacturing defects that make it unsuitable for its intended use). If the warranty applies, the consumer will decide whether they want the product replaced with an identical or similar product, or a refund.
Requirements for the warranty to apply:
- The products will have a warranty of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer.
- The product may be replaced or the money refunded, at the customer's choice. If the option is replacement with an identical product or another of equal value, the exchange will be made within ten (10) business days following the date on which the product is received by IQOVE , and the delivery time will be calculated based on the customer's location for the new delivery. For refunds, IQOVE will have up to thirty (30) business days from the acceptance of the guarantee to issue the refund.
- For the warranty to apply, the garments cannot show any changes or modifications from their original state, nor can they be damaged by customer use.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, IQOVE reserves the right to not apply the warranty.
