IQOVE express policy

  1. Scope of Application : The express delivery service is available exclusively in Medellín, Bello, Sabaneta, Envigado, Itagüí, and La Estrella.
  2. Delivery Days : Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  3. Selected Products : This service is limited to certain products. Be sure to check the item description before completing your purchase to confirm that it qualifies for expedited shipping.
  4. Delivery Problems : If there are any problems with the delivery, the courier will contact you directly to inform you. Make sure you enter your phone number correctly and are available to answer calls during the day.
  5. Factors That May Delay Delivery : Delivery may be affected by unforeseen factors or human error.
  6. Shipping Times : Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following day.
  7. Shipping Confirmation : You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been prepared and shipped.
  8. Delivery Times : Deliveries do not have an exact time. Orders placed Monday to Saturday by 12:00 PM will be delivered after 2:00 PM. We do not guarantee a precise delivery time.
  9. Order Issues : If any problems arise with your order, we will contact you on the same day or the next business day at the latest.
  10. Return and Resend : If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the user, the costs for a new delivery attempt will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, the order can be picked up at the IQOVE facilities.
